When you use Faraday, we collect data you provide such as estimates, jobs, invoices, schedules, documents, and team member information. - Provide, maintain, and improve the Faraday platform
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send transactional emails (invoices, estimates, scheduling notifications)
- Respond to support requests
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, and Stripe for payment processing. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our platform:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Cloudflare — file storage and delivery
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- QuickBooks Online — accounting sync (optional, user-initiated)

We share data only when necessary to provide the service (e.g., sending invoice emails via Resend, processing payments via Stripe). We may also share data if required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell your data.

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
